Project Assistant – Lautoka Branch

JP Bayly Trust, a charitable NGO supporting welfare and NCD prevention programs, is seeking a proactive and organized Project Assistant for its Lautoka Branch. The project assistant is a member of the Lautoka Branch Team and provides administrative and logistical support to community NCD projects and welfare assistance delivery. He/she reports to the Branch Manager, Lautoka Branch.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative support, including file management and meeting coordination
• Assisting with beneficiary food packs and education support
• Supporting NCD screening and community engagement activities
• Monitoring project performance alongside the Branch Manager

Requirements:
• Certificate or diploma in community development, project management,
• 2–3 years relevant experience in community projects or NGOs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and confidentiality
• Fijian citizen residing in Lautoka with a police clearance
