An Unexpected Blessing
March 27th. 2017. What a day it was! I was out on my field visit when I received a call. The young lady on the other end was enquiring about making a donation to our organisation. I told her she was most welcome to pay a visit and actually see what it was that we did at the Bayly Welfare, Lautoka.
Bossley is new Chairman
The JP Bayly Trust has appointed a new Board Chairman. He is Digby Bossley, a Management Consultant who has been a Trustee since 2007.
Tribute to the past Chairman of the Board
Former Chairman of the Board of Trustees Joseph Sukhendra Singh (Joe Singh) was laid to eternal rest on May 4th. 2017. He was aged 79 years and joined the JP Bayly Trust officially as a trustee in August 1994.
New Trustee appointed
Mrs. Viti Whippy is the new Trustee appointed to the Board in late August 2017. She was involved in the mission to Scafarers for over 30 years until December 2015 and was Secretary for the Oceania Mission to Seafarers for 10 years, which covers New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

The credit goes to JP Bayly Trust. I was only 4 years old when my father passed away and we were a big family which included my mother, 5 brothers, and a sister. My mother didn’t KDYHDQ\VRXUFHRILQFRPHDQG therefore, was unable to send us to school due to financial difficulties. She then went for help to the JP Bayly Trust’s Welfare Center in Suva.
