Operations Officer

The JP Bayly Trust was established in 1954 by the late John Percy Bayly OBE and the Rev. Dr. George Hemming OF, MBE, and provides much needed assistance to the less privileged families in Fiji. It depends mainly on local donations as well as annual returns on its investments and is managed by a Board of Trustees comprising respectable persons of Suva and Nadi.We are seeking a passionate and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our organization.

Qualifications/Experience

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Computer skills and reporting experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in operations preferred.
• A Demonstrated commitment OH &S Compliance and other statutory regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software.
• Project management experience.
• A capacity to manage multiple tasks with a focus on accuracy and reliability
• Must be a team player.
